01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms apply to all users of huzy, including visitors, registered players, and VIP Club members. Using any part of the huzy platform — including browsing the site, registering an account, depositing funds, or playing any game — constitutes full acceptance of these Terms.

huzy reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised. Continued use of the platform after any update means you accept the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to check this page regularly.

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any translation being provided for convenience, the English version takes precedence in all cases.

02 Eligibility

To register and play on huzy, you must meet all of the following conditions:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You are accessing huzy from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited by local law.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of a huzy employee.
• You have not previously been excluded or banned from huzy or any affiliated platform.

huzy reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time. If you cannot verify your age or identity when requested, your account will be suspended and any pending withdrawals will be held until verification is complete.

03 Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold one account only on huzy. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, phone number, payment method, or device — is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent banning of all associated accounts.

When registering, you must provide accurate and complete information including your real name, a valid Bangladeshi mobile number, and a working email address. huzy uses your mobile number as the primary contact for account verification, withdrawal confirmations, and security alerts.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Do not share your password with anyone. huzy will never ask for your password via phone, SMS, or email. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your permission, contact our support team immediately at [email protected].

• Use a strong, unique password for your huzy account.
• Do not log in from shared or public devices without logging out afterwards.
• Enable any two-factor authentication options available in your account settings.
• Notify huzy immediately if your registered phone number changes.

huzy reserves the right to close any account that appears to have been registered with false information, or where the account holder cannot be verified upon request.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

huzy supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket — the three most widely used mobile financial services in Bangladesh. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. There is no fee charged by huzy on deposits. Your full deposit amount is credited to your huzy wallet instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. huzy is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider's own processing times.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳200. Withdrawal requests are processed as follows:

• Standard players: Within 30 minutes of request submission.
• VIP Silver: Within 20 minutes.
• VIP Gold: Within 10 minutes.
• VIP Platinum: Within 5 minutes.
• VIP Diamond: Instant processing, 24/7.

Withdrawals can only be sent to a payment account registered in the same name as your huzy account. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances. huzy reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal above ৳50,000.

huzy reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal if there is a reasonable suspicion of fraud, bonus abuse, or a breach of these Terms. In such cases, the player will be notified and given an opportunity to provide clarification.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

huzy offers bonuses and promotions from time to time, including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, cashback rewards, and VIP Club benefits. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, in addition to these general Terms.

Unless stated otherwise in the specific bonus terms, the following general rules apply to all huzy bonuses:

• Bonus funds must be wagered a minimum of 20 times before they can be withdrawn.
• Only one bonus can be active at a time. Activating a new bonus before completing the wagering requirement on an existing one will forfeit the existing bonus.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash directly.
• huzy reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
• Any attempt to abuse bonus offers — including creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus — will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings.

VIP Club members receive cashback, enhanced withdrawal limits, and weekly bonuses as part of their tier benefits. These benefits are reviewed monthly and may change based on your activity level. Full VIP Club terms are available on the VIP Club page.

06 Game Rules & Fairness

All games available on huzy — including Fishing, Dragon Master, Win, Dragon Tiger Luck, Super Keno, and Bingo Fishing — use a certified random number generator (RNG). This means every game outcome is completely random, independent of previous results, and cannot be predicted or influenced by any party, including huzy itself.

Each game has its own set of rules, payout tables, and return-to-player (RTP) rates. These are displayed within the game interface before you start playing. It is your responsibility to read and understand the rules of each game before placing a bet.

• Game results are final once a round is completed. huzy does not reverse completed game outcomes.
• In the event of a technical fault during a game round, the round will be voided and your stake will be returned to your wallet.
• If a game is interrupted due to a network issue on the player's side, the round outcome will be determined by the server-side result, which is the authoritative record.
• huzy logs all game activity. These logs are the definitive record in any dispute.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on huzy. Engaging in any of these will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any tool that interacts with the platform without human input.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Exploiting software bugs or errors to generate winnings. Any winnings generated through a known or unknown bug must be reported and will be voided.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Providing false identity information during registration or verification.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or interfere with any part of the huzy platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing huzy staff or other players through any communication channel.

huzy monitors all accounts for unusual activity. If your account is flagged, you may be asked to provide additional verification. Failure to cooperate with a verification request within 7 days will result in account suspension.

08 Account Suspension & Closure

huzy reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Failure to complete identity verification when requested.
• Account inactivity for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months.
• A self-exclusion request submitted by the account holder.

If your account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited. If your account is closed for any other reason — such as inactivity or a self-exclusion request — your remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to your registered payment method after identity verification.

Players may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting [email protected]. Voluntary closure requests are processed within 3 business days.

09 Privacy & Data

huzy collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By registering on huzy, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

huzy collects the minimum data necessary to operate the platform, process payments, verify identity, and comply with legal obligations. Your data is never sold to third parties for marketing purposes.

• Your registered mobile number is used for account verification and security alerts only.
• Payment data is processed by the respective payment provider (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) and is not stored on huzy servers.
• Game activity logs are retained for a minimum of 5 years for regulatory and dispute resolution purposes.

10 Responsible Gaming

huzy is committed to providing a safe and enjoyable gaming environment. We believe that gaming should always be a form of entertainment — never a way to solve financial problems or generate income.

huzy provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your account.
• Session Reminders: Receive notifications after a set period of continuous play.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from the platform.
• Reality Checks: Regular on-screen reminders of how long you have been playing and how much you have wagered.

11 Limitation of Liability

huzy provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we work hard to keep the platform running smoothly, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access at all times. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control may occasionally affect availability.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, huzy shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of winnings resulting from a technical fault, provided the fault is not caused by huzy's negligence.
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the platform.
• Losses resulting from your failure to keep your account credentials secure.
• Delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers.
• Any loss arising from your breach of these Terms.

Nothing in these Terms limits huzy's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

12 Changes to These Terms

huzy may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When we make material changes, we will notify registered players via the email address or mobile number on their account at least 7 days before the changes take effect, where reasonably practicable.

The most current version of these Terms is always available at huzy.app/terms-conditions. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects when the current version was published.

If you do not agree with any updated Terms, you must stop using the platform and request account closure before the changes take effect. Continued use of huzy after the effective date of any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
